A young boy, who aspires to join indian defence services & paramilitary forces as a soldier must start practicing for written tests & physical tests from the age of 16 years.

Preparation for physical tests as soldier.

Start your day early morning with 1.6 KM of run.

You should practice hard so that you are able to complete your run in 5(Five) minutes. This can only happen with constant Practice.......Practice.......and....... Practice.

Then, you should practice 10 under arm pull ups on the beam, jump 9 feet ditch & practice zigzag walk.
